Golfing for Non-Profits Designed to give back to the Community, the Chamber's Golfing for Non-Profits  gives one non-profit organization the opportunity to host a fundraising golf tournament without all the stress. The Chamber handles all the administrative tasks freeing up the non-profit to raise funds for the event. The Chamber in turn gives up to 75% of the monies raised back to the non-profit.

Typically held at the Habitat office, 100 Charles St. (inside the old Coca Cola building at the end of Jonathan St.), from 6-8 p.m. on each date.  

Families interested in homeownership opportunities with Habitat for Humanity should attend an orientation meeting or make an appointment to speak with Jessica Scott, Program Director. To complete the application process you will need the following items so we can best determine your eligibility for partnership in our Home Ownership Program:

  • Contact info for current & previous landlord
  • Contact info for current & previous employment
  • Contact info for bank or credit union
  • Past 3 pay stubs
  • Past 2 years Federal income tax return
  • Maryland driver's license or ID
