Do we have or still have a certain item?

Inventory moves quickly and we do not hold items. If any inquiry is made over of the phone it is possible the item is sold before the customer arrives. 

Can an item be purchased over the phone?

No sales will be made over the phone. We want to be sure the customer knows what they are getting. Because most of our inventory is used, there may be imperfections that change the mind of the customer. In person sales only.  

Can we hold an item?

We do not hold items for the same reason we do not take over-the-phone sales.  

Can we give them measurements? 

In order to avoid miscommunication, we ask that customers take their own measurements.   

Do we take clothing? 

Only if we are picking up items to be donated to the ReStore we will accept a small amount of clothing.  The clothing will be sent to Children In Need.

What is the Return Policy for Habitat ReStore - Washington County?

All sales are final with the exception of appliances. Habitat offers a 7-day warranty on all used appliances. If your appliance does not work, Habitat will offer a replacement if available or a full refund.
